Yvonne is the Chief Executive Officer, where she provides overall vision and strategy. She is passionate about telling our story and creating opportunities for more people to experience healthcare the way it should work.

Yvonne is a servant leader with deep experience in strategic growth and business development, and brings more than two decades of experience in healthcare services and client relationship leadership. She holds a BA in Psychology from Texas A&M University.

Andrew is as Chief Operating Officer, leading enterprise execution and operational performance. He is driven by a deep commitment to delivering life-changing medical care at scale.

Andrew brings extensive experience managing complex healthcare organizations spanning up to 900 clinics and 4,400 providers, across hospitals, physician practices, and service lines.

He earned an MBA in Healthcare Administration and a BBA in Economics and Entrepreneurship from Baylor University.

Dr. Masozera is the Chief Medical Officer, leading providers, clinical practice, and patient outcomes across the organization. Known internally as the physician whisperer, he is passionate about supporting providers and building clinical cultures focused on trust and collaboration.

Dr. Masozera brings extensive experience in primary care leadership, previously serving as Deputy Chief of Staff for the Department of Veterans Affairs overseeing operations across Texas, Florida, and Louisiana.

He earned his MD from Makerere University and MPH from Columbia University.

Tanvir is the Senior Vice President of Growth, where he leads partnership development and enterprise growth strategy. He is driven by a passion for improving how healthcare works and creating innovative models that challenge traditional systems.

Tanvir brings extensive experience in healthcare transformation and strategic growth, having held executive leadership roles with Optum Health, Premise Health, and CVS Health.

He earned a Master’s degree in International Finance from the University of Chicago and a BA in Economics from Trinity University.

Tejas is the Vice President of Technology, where he leads technology infrastructure, reporting, and engineering. He is focused on understanding how things work and building technology that transforms complexity into simplicity.

Tejas brings extensive experience in software development, systems architecture, and technology leadership across complex environments.

He earned a degree in Computer Systems from Heriot-Watt University.

Lynette is the Director of Operations and leads day-to-day operations across executive, virtual, and onsite health services. She cares deeply about operational excellence, developing strong leaders, and empowering teams with the autonomy and accountability.

Lynette previously led practice management for four locations within our largest and most innovative partnership.

She earned her BS in Nursing from Washington State.

Melissa Smith is the Senior Director of Quality, where she leads nursing, quality, training, and accreditation. She is driven by developing clinical teams and investing in the growth and development of caregivers.

Melissa has an extensive career in our clinics, serving as a registered nurse and charge nurse before moving into senior leadership.

She earned her BA in Biology from The University of Texas at Austin and BS in Nursing from The University of Texas at San Antonio.

Casey Kent is the Director of Administration, where she leads legal, real estate, and project management. She is passionate about serving others and driven by curiosity.

Casey brings experience in network development and clinic operations, along with earlier leadership experience in human resources.

She earned her BA in Healthcare Administration from Texas State University.

Aaron is the Director of Partnerships, where he oversees account management and strategic partnerships. Aaron is guided by deep desire to deliver on our promise to partners.

Prior to his current role, he served as an account manager, leading onboarding and strategic alignment for new partners.

Aaron earned a BA in Psychology from Texas State University.

Amanda is the Director of Finance, where she oversees accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reporting. She is passionate about leading with integrity.

Amanda brings extensive leadership experience in finance, previously serving as the Chief Financial Officer for Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universitates.

She earned a BA in Economics from the University of Washington and a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M International University.

Jamie Stefani is the Director of Human Resources, where she leads hiring, onboarding, engagement, and culture. She is passionate about serving employees and doing what is right.

Jamie brings extensive leadership experience in human resources, previously serving as Head of Human Resources for Maxon North America.

She earned a BA in Economics from the University of Washington.
