Born from a belief in better care.
Our story began when David Player returned from service and wondered, what if care could feel different? That question led to a place built on trust and relationship.
What began as a focus on obesity and diabetic care in San Antonio grew into the opening of the first Health by Design executive health center in 1985. Over the next four decades, that vision expanded into a network of clinics that has served nearly one million patients.
Today, we build on that foundation by delivering executive health, onsite, and virtual health across the country—making it easier for individuals, families, and workplaces to access relationship driven care.
