All clinical services are provided by independent Providers
The provider-patient relationship exists between you and your Provider, not Health by Design
Health by Design does not endorse or guarantee:
Any Provider
Any treatment, medication, or outcome
All medical decisions are made solely between you and your Provider.
3. Not for Emergencies
Do not use this site for medical emergencies.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, seek immediate medical attention or contact your local emergency services by dialing 911.
4. Telehealth Risks
By using the Services, you acknowledge potential risks, including:
Limitations of remote consultations
Technology or connectivity issues
Incomplete or inaccurate information
Data security risks (despite safeguards)
