Good news today from the Texas Tribune, as they report average new cases and hospitalizations in Texas are decreasing. From the Tribune: Average new cases DECREASED by 4,004 cases compared with the seven-day average a week ago. Hospitalizations DECREASED by 1,673 patients compared with a week ago.
