Join us for Yin Yoga, with Thomas Shipman he will be teaching poses in a way that does not generate or produce a lot of heat in the muscles however you will produce a lot of heat in the internal organs, glands and joints. The goal is to thicken the tendons, ligaments and joint capsules. This practice will allow you to build emotional stability, physical stability, improve posture and intellectual concentration.

 

 

 

What To Bring

Participants can practice on a mat or with a chair. Occasionally use optional light weights and exercise bands. Please wear comfortable clothing.
